•  "Crown" plywood have a bending strength of up to 1000MPa and a density of up to 720 (g/m ³） It is a type of board with high density and bending strength. The "crown" plywood adopts environmentally friendly urea formaldehyde adhesive, with low formaldehyde release and an environmental protection level of E1.,also this is insect proof and mold resistance.

Our painting work

The color of the painted cabinet door panel is bright and has a strong visual impact, but lacquer painting board is not a easy work. Painting panel is mainly made of MDF board, its surface is also sprayed with paint (three on bottoms, two on surfaces, and one for last polishing) six times then sent to the drying room for heating and drying at high temperature. Color brightness, saturation, stability and durability (hardness) are our consideration.
